I discovered this on a trip to New Orleans a couple of years ago. It's fantastic, the best seasoning ever - I sprinkle it over cheese on toast, on
salmon, scrambled eggs & prawns to name just a few - my hubby reckons I'd put it in custard if I could. I've even got 2 of my friends addicted -
when they found out I was going to buy some from VFM, they both asked me to get some for them too. It's hot, but not eye-watering/reach for a glass
of water hot. Put it on your fries instead of salt & vinegar, chicken dippers were just invented for it.rnEvery home should have at least one :-)
