Halen Môn Vanilla sea salt 100g

Everyone who has smelled and tasted our newest sea salt has been amazed by it. We have teamed up with a vanilla processor and, by combining delectable Tahitian vanilla pods with Pure Halen Môn, have come up with a truly luxurious and unique product. Fabulous with white fish, shellfish, especially scallops, and when used judiciously in salad dressings or creamed vegetables. It can also be paired with anything chocolatey. We have several customers who use it in baking, to finish a shortbread.

Ingredients:

Pure white sea salt (90%) with natural Tahensis vanilla powder (10%)

Suitable for vegetarians.

Allergen information: Dairy and wheat free, contains vanilla.

Vanilla salt isn't the kind of thing I would normally go for as I don't like gimmicky stuff, but this is amazing! It's sticky and looks fab sprinkled
on foods such as scallops, chocolate mousse and icecream. I use it on flapjacks, just sprinkled over the top of the mixture before I put it in the
