The beef has an impressive provenance – it comes from the free-range, grass-fed Black Angus cattle from the pastures of south-west Ireland. The cattle are outside almost all the year, thanks to the mild climate. The beef is also free from hormones and artificial additives.

The principle behind The Bath Pig Company is that we produce a range of (Original, Spicy and Garlic & Herb) semi-cured (for cooking) and fully cured (ready to eat) chorizo, made using RSPCA Freedom Food Pork. We do not use any artificial stabilisers, fillers or additives. The meat, 70% pork shoulder and 30% belly, comes from outdoor bread pigs, littered from Free Range Sows from a wonderful farm near Exeter.
