Bacon Jam was a wonderful accident waiting to happen. For years, we’ve been serving up top-notch burgers in our restaurant in Walthamstow, London with onion marmalade and smoked bacon. The two ingredients eventually worked their way into a delicious relationship and ‘Bacon Jam’ was born... Restaurant customers began asking for little jars to take home, so jarring the product was naturally the next step. |
