Butternut squash & bean is a great addition for the veggies amongst us. Chunky butternut squash, vegetarian chilli with red kidney beans and tomato and mature cheddar cheese combine to give this pie wonderful flavours with a real kick of heat from the chilli. Formally known as Buffalo Phil, unfortunately the Somerset Cheese Co have stopped making Buffalo Phil Cheese. We've replaced it with a lovely mature cheddar which works really well, so it's still the same great pie.
