Our mild piquant sauce with a delightful flavour. Ingredients include lemon juice, garlic, alligator pepper, cubeb, ginger, oregano, thyme and a hint of cinnamon bound together in a tasty sweet sauce. A great condiment for meat, fish, vegetables or tofu; ideal as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, gourmet crisps, fried, grilled or roasted meat and fish; on burgers, hot dogs or can be used to "spice up" salad dressings, mayonnaise, coleslaw or marinades. Makes a great marinade for pork, chicken marinade and fish and a tasty salad dressing. Also a great ingredient for stir-fries and stews |
