It may be called spicy but as it's a mild sauce it appealed to me greatly. I have tried this marinade with pork and it makes it so succulent and
tasty. If you're covering pieces of meat there's always extra sauce left in the bag that when you cook it, it thickens and intensifies and tastes
brilliant. We had this with pork loin steaks and onions fried in Mojo sauce and it was spicy and really rich making meat that could otherwise have
been quite plain really exciting.
