Made using 72% fresh Habaneros and Northumberland grown Naga Jolokia chillies. Seriously hot but with a wonderful aroma and taste from all those fresh chillies and our secret spice blend. Made in small single batches; using the same quantity of habanero chillies that would make 2400 bottles of our Pennine Fire Hot Sauce.
Limited quantities available.

Ingredients:

Fresh Habanero & Northumbrian Naga Jolokia Chillies (72%), Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Spices, Honey, Sugar, Salt.

May contain sulphites(from vinegar) and traces of mustard seeds.

A superb hot sauce. Not like other `naga` chilli sauces. A much fresher and cleaner taste, superb with any dish that I can imagine. Only for real heat
and chilli lovers....I cannot get enough of it!
