Element is a single varietal (Merlot) made from the 2008 harvest. It is a light and very fruity merlot with a light oak finish. It is only 12% and is a perfect complement to poultry, pasta, fish or just with friends... We are really proud to say that 'Element' has been selected as house Merlot for 2 star Michelin chef Michael Caines 'Abode Hotels' group, and is also listed at the renowned Rex Whistler Restaurant at Tate Britain and Tate Modern Level 7. |
