Seggiano Matured Organic Balsamic Vinegar 250ml

Check the Balsamic Vinegar in your cupboard and it is very likely that amongst the ingredients, you will find caramel, which is used to colour, sweeten and thicken, and sulpher dioxide, which is used as a preservative.  Our certified organic balsamic is a great everyday balsamic which has no additives whatsoever.  Use it for dipping, dressing and flavouring sauces.

This is not a dark, dense sweet balsamic but has an initial light zingy vinegar hit with a surprise soft, sweet honeyed finish I am so glad I got
