Chicken Liver, Brandy & Herb Paté - 230g

This was our first paté 27 years ago and it's still our most popular. The seductive French brandy laced into this classic chicken liver pâté brings a warming glow to every occasion. It’s perfect for an elegant buffet, a dinner party or to share on a quiet night.

Ingredients:

Chicken Livers (57.4%), Fresh Onions, Fat Spread (vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, Emulsifier: Polyglycerol Esters of fatty acids), Brandy (1.5%), Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (0.3%) (Containing: Parsley,  Marjoram, Thyme), Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt.
Decoration: Parsley.

Allergen information: Nut and wheat free.

Fabulous tasting product but maybe due to the packaging I wasn't aware it was frozen and should have been put in my freezer on delivery. I put it in
the fridge and have only just noticed that the small print on the back says it should be eaten within 10 days of being thawed. Not that this will be
a problem having had my first taste today, but maybe it could be clearer either on the website or on the pack itself. Otherwise this is a five-star
pate!
