Ingredients:

Chicken Livers (76%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Anchovy Paste (4%) (anchovies, salt, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt), Capers (4%) (capers, water, champagne vinegar, salt), Celery, Carrots, Swede, Cauliflower, Peppers, Pitted Green Olives (olives, water, sunflower oil), Lemon, Garlic, Onion, Parsley, Vegetable Bouillon (sea salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein [with soya], potato starch, palm oil, vegetables, [celery, onions, carrots, leeks] lactose, spices [turmeric, white pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg] parsley, lovage), Pepper, Sea Salt.

I love this one while I'm cooking...glass of pinot grigio, carrot batons or bread sticks.....heaven.

this is very unusual but deliciously moreish. It has a mousse-like texture and none of the flavours are overly strong. I'd buy this again.

I have just had some on crackers... as a fan of capers and anchovies... heaven....................................
