Ingredients:

Organic Field Mushrooms, Organic Button Mushrooms, Organic Chestnut Mushrooms, Curd Cheese, Organic Wholemeal Breadcrumbs, Organic Lemon Juice, Tamari, Organic Butter, Secret Spices (My Families Secret Recipe!), Soy Sauce, Organic Onions.

Outstandingly good pate will be ordering more for sure.

I have to say this is quite unlike anything I've ever tasted - and I mean that in a good way. A lot of mushroom pates can be quite dull and
flavourless, or otherwise over seasoned to compensate. This on the other hand combines just the right amount of mushroom flavour, with a sort of
lemon zesty freshness that I can only imagine, looking at the ingredients, comes from the curd cheese and lemon. rnrnThe texture was just right too,
avoiding the overly smooth sliminess that I dislike in most mushroom pates. I would definitely recommend this to anyone: whether you're a vegetarian
or not.

I had some of this great pate last night. It was amazing. A great blend of taste and texture. Trust me with some nice cracker nibbles with drinks
before dinner has never been so good… and a great snack during the week, defiantly worth adding to your order
