Stroganoff Sauce - 400g

This Russian classic is an elegant combination of sour-cream, onions and mushrooms which is traditionally made with fillet steak, but works equally well over pork tenderloin. It is often served with rice or pasta but is best with its original partner matchstick thin cut chips. Suitable for Coeliacs and Vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS: Soured Cream (19%), Mushrooms (19%), Onions, Water, Milk, Sunflower Oil, Cornflour, Sugar, Garlic, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt, Parsley (0.5%), Paprika (0.15%), Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper.
