Barbecue Sauce - 250ml

Smokey and sweet with a lot of luscious background flavours MAN MEAT FIRE Barbecue sauce was developed in reaction to a lot of the ?not so nice? Barbecue sauces out there. Unable to find one they liked so they made their own.   Use as a combination marinade and warm mopping sauce for ribs chicken wings or basically anything you dang well please.

Great as a condiment with a full English breakfast or why not try a thin smattering on a grilled cheese sandwich. Add to Mayonnaise for a tasty dip for crudités or crisps.

Ingredients:
Black Treacle, Tamarind paste (Water, Tamarind 35%, Salt, Sugar), Tomato paste, Cider vinegar, Garlic puree, Chilli puree, Garlic granules, Smoked paprika, Celery seed Black pepper, Clove powder.

For some reason this had been sitting in the back of my cupboard untouched for ages. I bought some pork sizzle steaks and decided to let them swim in
the sauce for a few hours before frying them and they were lovely! It's not your typical BBQ sauce as it's much richer and tangier, almost more like a
brown sauce than a BBQ. It tasted great with the pork and I'm sure it'll lend itself to most other things just as well. The bottle is a good size too
and because it's strong you don't have to use a huge amount to really get the flavour. Well worth trying!
