Ingredients:

Onions (23%), carrots (19%), chicken (15%), sweet potato (15%), water, black olives, lemon juice, sunflower oil, rice flour, garlic, ginger, chicken stock  (contains milk, egg, celery), parsley, coriander, coriander powder, cumin, pepper, paprika, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon.

This stew has a reasonable heat and a nice mix of veg including sweet potato. A pleasant meal, we had a Moroccan couscous with it that stretched the
stew to feed three.
