The flavoursome ingredients used in our sauces are all from Italy. The tomatoes are sourced from the sun drenched hills of the southern Italian region of Campania. They are picked only once fully matured on the vine, which is the key to the rich and full bodied taste of our tomato-based sauces. The basil used to make our pesto genovese is sourced from the Liguria region in western Italy, home of the authentic pesto.
