Our delicious sauces are made from a hotchpotch of traditional recipes collected during our time spent living and travelling in the Caribbean. Each jar is lovingly handmade in Devon using the finest quality ingredients.

We began with our award-winning Jamaican Jerk Marinade in the summer of 2009 and have since grown our range to include sauces from the islands of Barbados and Cuba. Each island of the Caribbean has it's own special flavour and we want to share it with you!>
