These oak-roasted tomatoes have become a real favourite for their great flavour and versatility.
Sweet tomato varieties are oven-dried overnight and oak-smoked for several hours to create a unique flavour that will enhance many recipes and challenge
your creativity.

Ingredients
Tomatoes 52%, Sunflower oil 48%, Sea Salt. GM Free.
How to keep it
Keep under oil, below 5°C. Consume within 3 days of opening.
How to use it
Stir them into fresh pasta or salads, add to roast meat and fish, use as a unique flavour ingredient in recipes... or eat them straight from the pot with bread and cheese, etc.
