Unique cheese, handmade in Royal Deeside Situated in the heart of Royal Deeside Cambus O’May Cheese Company is working hard to bring back traditional Scottish cheese recipes of yesteryear. We currently produce three varieties of raw milk hard cheese, all boasting a wealth of interesting textures and flavours. Part of the charm of producing raw milk cheeses is the difference in flavour that comes with different seasons so expect subtle changes in the cheeses as the year goes on.

A creamy cheddar with robust flavour and a pleasant after taste. Not your typical cheddar! Given a warm, orange tone by the addition of a natural colouring (annatto) found in the tropical regions of the Americas.

Our signature cheese. Based on a Mrs Reid’s recipe. Hand pressed and made with a two day curd. A lovely marbled effect can be seen when the cheese is cut. Pale in colour, it is strong and moorish.
