We have been growing chillies on an increasingly large scale for longer than we care to remember, but the business as we now know it started at the beginning of 2003. The chilli farm has expanded greatly since it's humble beginnings to the point where we now grow over 10,000 chilli plants every year and harvest tonnes of fresh chillies which we sell fresh or use in our range of chilli sauces, preserves and chilli chocolate. |
