Items offered for sale are perishable foodstuffs. Items ordered by mistake will not be accepted for return.
Items will be accepted for return and refund:
If they are dispatched in error;
If an error in an order is the fault of Virtual Farmers Market Limited;
If delivery is so frustrated, through no fault of the customer, as to leave the goods unusable;
If delivery exceeds 48 hours from the time of dispatch, through no fault of the customer;
If a product is delivered to the customer and is in poor condition, is damaged or is unfit for human consumption.
Virtual Farmers Market Limited must be contacted the same day that the delivery is made. Refunds or replacements will not be automatic but must be agreed in principal and confirmed in writing, between the customer and Virtual Farmers Market Limited in accordance with, but not restricted to, the Returns and Refund Policy.
