Started in 2009 by a French Chef living in the UK our company specialises in duck products production is based in Acton Town W3. We only distribute to fine food delis or retailer our products are of the highest quality with the fullest flavour. We use Mulard Ducks that are reared in France in the vendee area. They are free range and fed 100% naturally using neither Animal Flour nor GM foods. The control of the formulations and the quality of cereal which they select are a priority. It took me a long time to choose the supplier who was going to provide the best quality ducks and was integrated into a real environmental approach and concerned with the animals’ welfare. |
